Nobuyoshi Habara is a visionary anime director, character designer, and mecha designer. Nobuyoshi is currently the board member of Sunrise Beyond, now part of Bandai Namco Filmworks.

His passion for animation began in high school, where he founded the amateur anime club Studio MAPLE and created his first animation. Since then, he has contributed to over 100 anime titles, working in key roles such as storyboarding, staging, and directing. His directorial work includes Fafner in the Azure, Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202, and AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline.

At SAC25, Nobuyoshi Habara will share his expertise in  mecha anime design, offering direct feedback on the attendees' work. He will also discuss his work on Star Blazers and the Yamato series, providing rare insights into the creative process behind these iconic projects.
