After training at Gobelins and Beaux-Arts de Paris,Kristof Serrand began his career in the early 80s,working with Paul Grimault, Jacques Rouxel, René Laloux,and on the Asterix feature films at the Gaumont studios.In 1989 he moved to London to join Amblimation, the new Steven Spielberg studio, thenparticipated in 1995 in the creation of DreamWorks in Los Angeles.He worked on about 25 feature films, as supervisor or directing animator (The Turning Table, ThePrince of Egypt, Spirit, Dragons ... )He has also been a teacher in various schools including Gobelins,and contributed for thirty five years, to the training and recruitment of many talents.After 25 years in Los Angeles, he returned in Europe in 2020 and is currently working asanimation supervisor at Netflix.
