Yusuf earned a BA from the esteemed Higher Institute of Cinema in 2010, followed by a Higher Diploma from the same institution in 2012. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s degree on the “Impact of Using Artificial Intelligence on the Cinematic Images and Production Processes in Animation Movies and Visual Effects.” Since 2019, he has served as a Computer Graphics, VFX and Animation Direction Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Cinema, imparting his expertise to aspiring filmmakers by developing the curriculum for the ‘Animation Cinematography’ replacing the outdated classical film animation camera techniques. Additionally, he collaborates with colleagues at the HIC, guiding and supervising graduation projects. His journey in the entertainment industry has been multifaceted. As both a freelancer and a full-time professional, he has contributed significantly to various aspects of the post-production process. His responsibilities span from on-set supervision to compositing, 3D modeling, sculpting, simulation, coding, dynamics, tracking, match-moving, and even 2D animation.
