Noor Obeid is a dedicated project manager with extensive experience spanning nearly 10 years across the public and private sectors in the MENA region. Currently pursuing an MA in Communication and Development, Noor specializes in project management, cultural development, NGO consulting, project evaluation, and event management. With a hands-on approach to each project, she excels in the field and actively seeks collaborative opportunities. Notable projects include Beyond Beirut for sustainable tourism with ACDI/VOCA in Lebanon, Small Changes for cultural spaces with Freemuse in Lebanon, Jordan, and Tunisia, Happinest with GIZ Beirut office, and MT7RK for animation in the Arab world.
