With a foundation in engineering and a profound love for the arts, my career has been fueled by a passion for blending creativity, technology, and business. This passion sparked in 1977 when I was captivated by Star Wars, igniting a fascination with innovation, from electronics to robotics, and inspiring me to create experiences that amaze and inspire others.
As the General Manager at V-Nova Studios, I have the ambition to try transforming the film industry, aiming for a cinematic revolution that stands as the most significant innovation in the Movie Industry since the introduction of sound. My journey into innovation space began at PwC, where I embraced adaptive change, later creating and leading the Digital Transformation practice, and continued at IBM, heading the Strategy & Design platform and IBM Studios, over 200 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation. My educational background, including a Master in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford Saïd Business School, has been instrumental in shaping my approach to leadership and innovation.
In PwC I was honoured to win the Global Innovation Challenge with its historical votes record, driving amazing experiences into AI and humanoid robotics.
I am also the founder of Scuola++, a non-profit organization focused on advancing digital education. These endeavors reflect my commitment to leveraging technology for societal benefit, guided by my engineering expertise and inspired by a love for the arts and people growth.
