Disney ‘Legend’ Andreas Deja is a Polish-born American animator/director, most noted for his 30-year career at Walt Disney Animation Studios. HIs work includes supervising animation on characters in many Disney animated films, including villains Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Jafar in Aladdin, and Scar in The Lion King, and the titular character in Hercules, and Lilo, in Lilo & Stitch. He credits seeing Disney's The Jungle Book with inspiring him to become an animator. Deja’s 10-year labor of love Mushka, created in the 2-D style of 101 Dalmatians is his homage to classic Disney animation. His blog is “Deja View.”
